Hello friends! Wow, October was something else! I went to my high school reunion early on in the month, and had a blast! Later, my entire family visited Universal Studios, primarily to see the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (there’s a nice photo of my brother, sister, and me below). And by the way, that place was AMAZING. And most recently, it was my birthday! Which just happens to fall on Halloween! It feels like this month went by in a blur. But I am here and ready to begin blogging again. So let’s kick off the month with a brand new menu and grocery list!
This menu features some of the best recipes that I’ve come out with lately! They had really great feedback on both Instagram and Facebook, so I know that you’ll love trying them out! I make these menus to take the guesswork out of planning dinner for the week. Consider it done! Now all you have to do is make it to the grocery store and do a little meal prep over the weekend. Are you a family of two or less? Then you’re going to have plenty of leftovers to take for lunch! Even more of your planning is done!
And what’s really nice is that you will be eating light and lean before the holidays. I know everyone gets a little scared as Thanksgiving approaches, but I’ll be giving you some tips on how to make it through the holidays without gaining the fluff. Be sure to check back as we get closer to turkey day!
Alright, let’s see the lineup!
Tuesday: Jambalaya (made with chicken, shrimp, AND sausage! YESSS)
Wednesday: Ten Minute Taco Salad
Friday: Sweet Potato, Egg, & Quinoa Bowl (completely vegetarian!)
Does that sound amazing or what? And do you know what makes it even better? I’ve even written the grocery list for you! That’s right, just get your booty on over to the grocery store and you will be ready to tackle your week like a pro!
Be sure to check out my Pantry Staples list to make sure that you have all of these stocked up as well. These are items that you never want to let run out!
I hope you enjoyed this one as much as I do! Comments, questions, concerns? Leave them in the comments below or contact directly at email@example.com.
