Ok guys, so I’m gearing up here to get your first menu and grocery list on the blog ready to go! Be sure to check back tomorrow for the update! But for now, I’m realizing that you need a list of the staple items to keep on hand in your pantry. I WON’T be adding these to the weekly grocery list because:
a.) it would get ridiculously long to add all of these items every time
b.) you really should have most of them on hand!
So I’ve created a list of all the items that I believe fit this criteria. If you notice that you are missing any of these items, just add them to your weekly grocery list! I’ve also taken the liberty of making this a printable so you can take it with you to stock up.

Note: If you are not gluten-free, please don’t feel obligated to purchase those items. Just pick up the regular old version and you’ll be just fine.
