Peach Cobbler Overnight Oats

A quick and easy breakfast that is literally made overnight! Peaches, cinnamon, and almonds make it taste just like an old-fashioned cobbler.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients and distribute equally between 4 jars.
  2. Add wet ingredients to a blender and pulse to blend. Add a quarter of mixture to each jar.
  3. Use a spoon to stir everything together inside the jar. Top each with 2 tbsp of almonds. Screw on lid and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat!**

Notes

*To make this dish gluten-free, make sure to use gluten-free oats

**If you like your oats a little thinner, stir in some more almond milk on the morning that you are ready to eat them!
