French Onion Soup
Roast Beef Sandwiches
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and sugar and cook 25 minutes, until golden.
Next, add the garlic and cook two minutes more. Then add the balsamic and cook an additional minute. Finally, add the broth and Worcestershire. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover and cook 15 min.
To make the sandwiches, set oven to broil and line a baking sheet. Cut burger buns in half and top with 4 ounces roast beef and some of the shredded cheese. Place under broiler until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve with a cup of your French onion soup!
